Terms and Conditions Climbing can be a dangerous sport if safety precautions are not adhered to. If you are not using ropes then keep the holds at a safe distance from the ground and consider using crash padding (boulder mats.) Please insure the holds are securely fastened onto a flat even surface and do not over tighten. We offer incredible value for money but if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase please contact us to discuss a refund/replacement product. Things can get broken in the post and we are happy to replace damaged items, we may ask to see an emailed photo of the damage. Colours may vary in sets. Please contact us with any problems, as we welcome feedback. Our credit card payments are all done with trusted processors and we do not have access to personal financial information.
