SAFTEY

Climbing like any sport can be a dangerous sport if safety precautions are not adhered to. If you are not using ropes then keep the holds at a safe distance from the ground and consider using crash padding (boulder mats.)

Please insure the holds are securely fastened onto a flat even surface and do not over tighten.

Be careful and use common sense and most importantly ENJOY!

One hour of intensive climbing can burn more calories than hour of running.. In the winter months an indoor wall can be loads of fun, even in a small place you can create challenging routes.. and it beats the gym!

We offer incredible value for money but if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase please contact us to discuss a refund/replacement product. Things can get broken in the post and we are happy to replace damaged items, we may ask to see an emailed photo of the damage.

DELIVERY POLICY

Delivery usually takes between 1-5 working days, if you have had special colour options then it can take longer.  We tend to use DHL and have found them to be excllent with very few problems so far. If there has been a problem with delivery and it is the customer's mistake (incorrect address/ insufficient address) we have to charge for a second delivery attempt.  Please select the correct area area in the drop down box during the checkout process.  Delivery is free on orders abover £150 (UK only.)

REFUND/RETURN POLICY

All our holds are made to the highest standard, but if for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase we will accept returns within 7 days of receiving the item (sent back at customer's own cost.) In addition for broken item(s) give us a call and we are happy to replace these, photo proof maybe required.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If for any reason you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible and we will issue a refund. However if the order has already been dispatched the item(s) must be sent back at the customer's own cost.

PRIVACY POLICY

With online orders we do not have access to personal financial details and all credit/Debit card payments are processed through secure and trusted payment processors. During the checkout process you are connected to a secure server, we only have access to your order, address and contact details and recieve notification when payments have been cleared. 

For telephone orders we enter your details directly into a payment gateway and do not keep any record of any personal financial details and are unable to retrieve such details after the payment has been processed. In any case that we cannot immediately process the payment over the phone we will email you a secure payment link instead (this minimizes the risk of accidental duplicate payments occuring.)
